And the last time I checked all people are capable of feeling happy-sad, hungry-thirsty, sleepy-alert, love-dislike, silly-serious, relaxed-tense, egocentered-altruistic, talkative-reflective, cheerful-grumpy, and so on.
Seems to me like you are more prejudice than anything else. Accupressure and accupuncture are used all over the world. Because it works if done properly!

You’re not Asian. What works for people in an area of the world may not work for you. Your ancestors didn’t use techniques like that. Be very careful with using techniques on your body that your ancestors didn’t use. Use the techniques that YOUR ancestors used to relieve pain or tension. Don’t just jump to what may look nice. Your body may not respond the same way as someone’s body whose ancestors had the technique done on them, since the beginning of time. This is a nice technique, though.

After 14 years of near constant panic attacks, the way to the other side is uncomfortable, horrible, nasty, putting your life at risk exercise. I am convinced. Like a duck flapping its wings after a confrontation, burning up the energy. It gets stuck inside us and needs to be released.
