Roberta asked:
I’m just really uncomfortable with public speaking and I’m desparate to stop my sudden anxiety attack before I present. Its more of the fight or flight syndrome. I try to tell myself its ok and use breathing techniques but I just can’t seem to calm down. Its horrible and frustrating for me and I know its not a big deal but my body just can’t understand that.

not according to the FDA
It works about as well as a shot of liquor would work. They do make meds strictly for anti-anxiety though, you know. Valium, Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax….All those would be a better choice than Vicodin.
Not to mention, that if you’re speaking publically, Vicodin might make you act funny….
