I am suffering from post partum depression and anxiety along with excessive worry. I am constantly uptight and can’t relax no matter what I do. Percocet really makes me relax and feel like I have hope. I was given it for my c-section. I was wondering if there are any natural things I could take that could have a similar effect. Not anything bogus or fake, but something that actually helps with depression and anxiety. Something to make me relax. Any help is greatly appreciated I want to enjoy my little boy!

Hi, I’m looking for my first summer job, but I suffer from a strong anxiety disorder which limits a lot of options. My psychaitrist said a job is good to give me a sense of responsibility and confidence, but I don’t think I can handle the job. I would love to know if anyone who went through similar situations have any suggestions?

Thank You

I have been prescribed xanax and have done therapy but some time an anxiety attack can become very dangerous either the actions i take (ive never tried to kill myself and beleive in never would) and have even put me in the er with heart issues. I was wondering what medications you all suggest. I live in michigan so i dont know what the laws here are for things like medical marijuana, just that its legal.

Panic attacks usually originate from inner problems that people miss in most cases. That’s why a natural anxiety cure is needed. One thing you should keep in mind is that not every panic or anxiety attack comes from a real danger, but mostly from something you think is a danger.

Once you realize this, you will also realize that while you might feel that you can’t control them, you actually have more control than you think. I know this because I was in the same situation. You might be wondering why natural cures for anxiety can be considered better than pills or supplements. It’s because you already have plenty of problems without using pills on top of that.

A regulated daily routine can help in many cases to provide a plan to attack anxiety and provide a structured day. Stuff like:

Regulated Sleep: Sleeping enough will help you remain relaxed and get you through the day and the difficult situations. This way you can get through a difficult day and overcome the difficulties.

Control Your Bodily Intake: Eating too much or not enough will make your body become at risk and unstable, as being empty or full can make you be more unstable. Try to be positive and surround yourself with these feelings.

You’ve read two of the tips that can help your anxiety or panic attacks. In some cases, supplements might be needed, but you should probably avoid them if possible.

Make sure you look at your situation and find out if you can get through the troubles, fears, thoughts and fears. Then, look for the natural cures for anxiety that suit you.

Last year I did so well in all of my classes that I eventually chose horribly hard classes for this year (10th grade) in the same school . I have 5 honors classes, 1 ap (history) in a total of 8. I’ve just spent the first day of school but I’m feeling terrible. I used to study in classes as hard but it was 2 years ago. I never had many friends, and I don’t really know if it was one of the factors that caused my anxiety. Also, I left my mom in LA to continue school in TX about 2 weeks ago, and that still affects me. How can I get out of this mess and continue studying properly? I desperately need help. I’m a straight A student and I don’t want my anxiety to get in the way.
My honors classes are Algebra II, Chemistry, Computer Science, Anatomy/Physiology, English II. Except for Algebra, Chemistry and Computer Science, the other 2 seem to be pretty new for me. I believe I know half the year of Alg II, a lot about Chemistry (already had it for 2 years in Vietnam), and I’ve been playing/doing various stuff with my computer for about 6 years now.
