<div><br/><br/>We have all been there, sat at work, the phone is ringing, you have a million and one things to finish before you go home, but you just can&#8217;t seem to concentrate. Well chances are you are suffering from stress!<br/><br/>Stress is extremely common in the work place and can range from lack of concentration, feeling tired and run down to a whole range of other more serious symptoms. So it is important to try and tackle your stress and not let it build up. Below are few tips and tricks that you can do which should provide some stress relief:<br/><br/>1. Deep Breaths Take some time out and take deep regular breaths, breath in&#8230;breath out&#8230;This will also work great in conjunction with getting some fresh air, get away from your desk for 5 minutes!<br/><br/>2. Journaling This is a great technique and allows you to right down or record your thoughts, obviously if it&#8217;s your boss who is stressing you out make sure you don&#8217;t leave your thoughts laying around or your boss could be in for a suprise!!<br/><br/>3. Listen To Music Grab five minutes on a break to listen to some music on your ipod or car stereo. Listening to your favourite song can provide some welcome stress relief.<br/><br/>4. Laughter &#8211; Is one of the best medicines and your troubles can seem a mile away after a good laugh. Laughing actually releases endorphines which are a feel good factor and your stress levels should soon be on their way down.<br/><br/>If you are concerned about your stress levels then you should always consult your local GP for some stress relief advice. I dont think i explained this right. My Mum won&#8217;t get professional help. She want&#8217;s to hear other suggestions on stress relief because the things I do don&#8217;t suit her. I&#8217;m trying to help her, That&#8217;s all. And I know I can&#8217;t make anyone change so the first person your answer ******.</div>

<div><br/><br/>I wanted to take the time to talk to you about stress relief methods that you can use to help you with this problem. A lot of people underestimate the potential harm that is presented by stress. Society is programmed to look away from it. Obesity is viewed as the biggest health epidemic, but I believe stress is this silent killer that no one really knows about. We have very basic research into this topic. We&#8217;ve only touched on the surface of it and even then it is pretty scary. We could find out in the next few years that stress actually causes tumors and things like that. I&#8217;m going to share with you stress relief methods to help eliminate this problem.<br/><br/>One of the most well proven methods for dealing with stress is exercise. Stress has a way of consuming us. The reason it does that is it runs on our energy. It uses it all up, leaving us drained. Exercise is a way to take that energy, use it physically and take it away from the stress. It works quite effectively. Exercise also brings in another effect. Your body starts pumping feel good hormones that just naturally melt away the stress.<br/><br/>If you&#8217;re one of those people that work hard all day, this isn&#8217;t exactly something you want to do. Stress relief methods should be easy. That&#8217;s why there has been music designed specifically for eliminating that stress.
