Stop letting them have control. They only walk all over you because you allow it. Get yourself a backbone. Life is to short to be stressed.
Some of my ideas on how to sustainably deal with stress at work are:
-Act in an ethical manner, and remain true to your values.
-Limit work hours to a reasonable amount.
-Surround yourself with people who add to your energy rather than drain it.
-Limit exposure to unnecessarily negative messages.
