Stress can be released through:
Exercise
Sleep
Laughter
Sunshine
Soothing Music
Friendship
Whatever makes you happy
Nutritional food
stress can be reduced by really common things
exersize (most effective)
laughing (aslo very effective)
eating correcrly
correct amount of sleep
talking your feelings out
writing your feelings down
learned that in health.
I am VERY high strung, and I’ve tried everything to cope with stress! These work the best for me: Yoga, Meditation, Aromatherapy (lavender oil or chamomile) . I also listen to very calming New Age music like Enya while doing yoga or meditation. If that doesn’t do the trick for me, I schedule a deep tissue massage. You could also try a hot bath with some lavender essential oil.
If there are certain people in your life that bring more strife than peace, you need to figure out a way to stay away from them. It took alot for me, but I finally got the toxic relationships out of my life.
