YAY! I love questions like these…I take a warm bath, put on my PJ’s, drink a warm glass of milk and then watch tv or read a book until I fall asleep
Whatever you like to do. Also, CAMOMILE TEA! It’s incredible for calming yourself
Warm baths are always nice. But my favorite is to put on my favorite movie, kick my shoes off, get into cozy clothes, and sit back with a nice cold glass of water. The scent of lavendar is soothing as well. Your favorite food is always helpful as well!

Geez, what’s with all the girls answering with baths? Yes, while relaxing, a shower, a swim, and a sock in the jacuzzi are relaxing. And, as always, a nice roll in the hay does wonders for stress relief. I like to take a bike ride at night to. In a mid-sized city (between 60,000 and 100,000 peeps) there’s usually lots of pavement and few people after 10 p.m. I just have to be safe! Good luck chillin’!
