My Mother has been so stressed out lately and she has no coping skills to deal with it. I have tried telling her how I deal with stress and worry but she won’t do it because I do it… I need to know some ways to suggest to her on how she can eliminate stress but in a none threatining way. Any suggestions?
I dont think i explained this right. My Mum won’t get professional help. She want’s to hear other suggestions on stress relief because the things I do don’t suit her. I’m trying to help her, That’s all. And I know I can’t make anyone change so the first person your answer ******.

You can’t make anyone change even if you know it would be best for them. And maybe your mother doesn’t want to take advice from her daughter. You can see there is a problem, but she won’t listen to you so why don’t you suggest getting some professional counseling. Maybe that won’t be as intimidating as taking good advice from her daughter.
I am also a person who get easily stressed out. I understand not wanting to go to a doctor because they tend to throw people on a drug and get them out of the office.
I have personally found that Relora from NOW Foods helps me and also have some relaxation products around in my room to help wind down after a stressful day.
