any anti stress tip.
i m a pre med student and chemistry is killing me. i m doing my best to get an A, but im so stress out like before a test , i keep on sweating , my heart is racing. and while doing the test if i m stuck on one problem i feel so much pressure and feel like i want to pass out. i break out all over my face. becoming a doctor is my dream i dont wanna give that up because of chemistry , can some1 give me any stress relief tips plzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Try meditation. That is what I do when I am stressed.

Willow has a great idea. Regular meditation can be very helpful for stress, among other things. You may also want to try hypnosis. Find a good hypnotherapist (not a stage performer) who can help you become relaxed and focused for your tests. In your case, doing both the mediation and the hypnosis might be a good idea.
